Since 2010, Philipp works together with the Agency Next Generation founded by his former coach Michael Geserer and his partner Stephan Fehske. NGM is also working with Germans Christopher Kas and Simon Greul as well as with Barbora Zahlavova Strycova from Czech Republic. NGM is based in Regensburg.
